Nokia T20 Tablet Design

From the go, you can tell the Nokia T20 is a few steps below the likes of the Apple iPad Air or Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus because of its thicker bezels and chunkier overall design. But it is also more than half the price so you don’t really expect it to be the sleekest piece of kit ever made. Even so, it is good-looking.

You can tell this is a Nokia branded tablet because it has a very similar style to their range of smartphones, especially when it comes to the Nokia-Esque Deep Ocean blue colour on the back.

Nokia T20 Tablet Memory

HMD Global has provided 32GB and 64GB of onboard storage options on the Nokia T20. The tablet also supports storage expansion through a microSD card (up to 512GB).

Nokia T20 Tablet Camera

For photos and videos, the Nokia T20 comes with a 5-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front and the 8-megapixel camera sensor at the back. The rear camera setup is also paired with an LED flash.

Nokia T20 Tablet Network connectivity

The Nokia T20 comes with GSM / HSPA / LTE networks integrated for better connectivity, meaning that you will never miss a moment from your loved ones. 3G and 4G are widely available in Kenya, so it won’t matter where you are, you will always stay in touch with your loved ones and colleagues.

Nokia T20 Tablet Additional Connectivity

Connectivity options on the Nokia T20 include 4G LTE (optional), Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The tablet is backed by an amplifier along with stereo speakers.

Nokia T20 Tablet Platform

Nokia T20 runs on stock Android 11, this is precisely what you’d see on an Android smartphone, just on a bigger screen. It’s still very easy to use but not perfect because it hasn’t been adjusted for tablet use. Along with the tablet you get 2 years of OS updates which means when they eventually come along you’ll be able to get Android 12 and 13, you’ll also get 3 years of security updates.

Nokia T20 Tablet Processor

With the Nokia T20 Tablet, you’ll find the Unisoc T610 processor along with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, although that can be expanded using a Micro SD card. To be honest, this is not a particularly fast tablet. Loading larger apps could sometimes take a while.

Nokia T20 Tablet Battery

The Nokia T20 packs an 8,200mAh battery, bigger than that of Homii’s XBook Pro and Huawei MatePad T10 Kids Edition, that supports fast charging through a 15W compatible charger (a 10W charger is in the box). The tablet is also rated to deliver an all-day battery life on a single charge.

Nokia T20 Tablet Verdict

Nokia T20 Tablet is a solid tablet that can be used for everything from online shopping to streaming TV shows and making video calls.

You can easily share it with the whole family, and even give it to your kids without worrying that they could come across inappropriate content for their age thanks to Google’s Kids Space.

Those who plan to do work on it throughout the day should it’s quite a thing as it can go a day for you to recharge.

This Tablet is cheap, practical, and reliable. It is also safe for kids to use.
