Design

The fundamentals remain the same as Huawei P60 and Huawei P50 Pocket: when unfurled, the phone is the size of a sizable traditional smartphone, but when it is in “storage” mode, it is smaller than you would expect. The larger cover screen expands your view with innovative features, whilst the foldable design reimagines photography possibilities, all in a gorgeous and flawless design that you can pop in your pocket.

The N2 Flip’s hinge feels solid when fully open, and it closes with a satisfying snap, but it offers less resistance and has a lot more play than Samsung’s folding phones.

Display

The industry-leading waterdrop hinge is crafted from aircraft-grade high-strength steel and polymer making it incredibly strong and slim, with seamless folding and an immersive screen to keep you in flow when unfolded. The metal and glass form is immediately familiar, with a bright 6.8-inch screen that looks like a regular phone when open. The flexible OLED screen still folds in half, but Oppo’s hinge design creates a “water drop” shape at its center instead of an event loop.

Camera

What you see is what you get. The Oppo N2 Flip has a main 50-megapixel and 8MP ultrawide camera on the outside and a 32MP camera on the inside screen.

In excellent and medium light, the primary camera will capture photographs that are well-detailed and correctly illuminated, however, darker conditions might cause shots to appear a little bit grey. Portrait photos and low-light performance are both acceptable, but there is no macro photography option available.
