Design

Infinix has delivered a stylish design for the Hot 30i. The back of the phone is shiny, reflective, and eye-catching, whether you choose the Mirror Black or Glacier Blue color. The front of the phone has a water-drop notch display with noticeable bezels, especially at the bottom. This gives the impression that it is a basic phone, unlike the back.

On the right spine of the phone, there is a power button and a volume rocker. On the left spine, there is a SIM/microSD card tray. The power key doubles as a fingerprint scanner. The tray on the left is not a hybrid slot, but rather a full triple slot that can accommodate two Nano SIMs and a dedicated microSD card.

Display

The smartphone sports a large display as opposed to the Hot 20i. The display is a 6.56-inch HD+ that refreshes at 90Hz making the overall scrolling experience smoother. It is fairly bright indoors but you will have some difficulties while browsing in the daylight. The display is perfect but also a bit less vibrant compared to the primary Infinix Hot 30.

Camera

The Infinix Hot 30i has a 13MP main camera with AI Cam mode. This mode helps to process the shots better, but you need to adjust the exposure levels manually to get the best results.
