Unlike the Infinix Hot 10 and Infinix Note 10 Play, the Hot 20 Play uses a material commonly used for heat dissipation of rocket engine nozzles. The design is not different from the others in the Infinix Hot 20 series. The phone adopts a power button with a fingerprint scanner and volume buttons on the right side. On the top, there is nothing while on the left you find the SIM tray. On the bottom, you get a 3.5mm Jack earphone port, microphone, type-C Port, and Speaker. Most of the Body is made of plastic, especially the frame and rare panel. The front is 100% made of plastic. The Infinix Hot 20 Play measures 171 mm in height, 78 mm in width, and 8.8 mm in thickness, and will weigh about 209.6 grams.
