Do you deliver phones outside Nairobi?

Yes. We deliver across Kenya. Outside Nairobi, we use couriers such as Wells Fargo and G4S, as well as matatu and bus courier services.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. Pay on delivery is available within Nairobi. For towns and cities outside Nairobi, we encourage payment before delivery.

What warranty will I get?

Phone warranties range from 12 to 25 months, depending on the brand. Confirm the warranty for the exact phone you intend to buy. Ask how long the cover lasts and how to make a claim.
